On the 9th of January, Datuk Ahmad Jazlan Yaakub, Member of Parliament of Machang (Kelantan), announced that he was withdrawing support for Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin. This leaves the Prime Minister with only the support of 110 MPs in Dewan Rakyat, which isn’t a majority. Does this mean that Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has to step down? We discuss.
