The Progressive Wage Policy (or Dasar Gaji Progresif) is a government initiative aimed at reforming the labour market, with the goal of increasing workers’ income in line with their productivity growth. Megat Yusman Megat Jamaluddin, the Deputy Director of the Human Capital Development Division at the Ministry of Economy joins us to talk about how it will be implemented and the necessary requirements.
