Martina Etterich has built a successful and colourful career in education and music, linking the two for the benefit of children's learning. She has also designed a school curriculum for children with special needs in Germany, and is a firm believer that music can develop a child's social skills.
Meera Sivasothy caught up with her on the Bigger Picture, while she was visiting Malaysia for an event on how to integrate music with children's education in the 21st century.
