Unpacking Malaysian Cinema is an 8-part series that discusses relevant issues facing Malaysian film industry as told by filmmakers drawing on archival recordings and new interviews.

We spoke to a number of filmmakers about their experience overseas at festivals, asking them what they’ve learned and gained, and what they expect the future of film festivals is.
