An Oasis Biopic On The Way?, A Turntable in A Lexus, Vinyl Sales Still Increasing

By The Way is a rapid-fire segment that gives you a snapshot of developing stories in the music world. This week, rumours on Liam Gallagher and Noel Gallagher of Oasis possibly creating a biopic in the near future after the launch of their film company. Luxury vehicle company Lexus debuted the Lexus IS Wax Edition that features a turntable in the glove compartment of the car. Lastly, vinyl record sales still hit a record high ever since the pandemic hit, and are predicted to surpass CD sales this year, for the first time since 1987.
