The Central Agency for Application for Filming and Performance by Foreign Artistes (Puspal) have just introduced new guidelines for foreign artistes performing in Malaysia with the purpose of providing clarity for organisers while protecting the sensitivities of multicultural Malaysians. Wan Alman from Future Sound Asia shares his thoughts with us regarding the new guidelines.
