Liverpool Eye 20th League Title

Two is better than one" — but for Liverpool, just one point now stands between them and history. After Arsenal stumbled to a midweek draw against Crystal Palace, the Reds are a single result away from equalling Manchester United’s record of 20 league titles. Arne Slot’s side face Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield this Sunday, needing only a draw to seal the crown. A win would not only mark Liverpool’s second Premier League triumph, but also their first title clinched on home soil since 1990—a celebration fans were cruelly denied in 2020 due to pandemic restrictions.

Meanwhile, Leeds United and Burnley are back in the big time after sealing promotion from the Championship, and the race for Europe is heating up as the season enters its final stretch. All that and more, on this week’s Just For Kicks.
