Last week, the Prime Minister's Office Media Night took a controversial turn when a journalist won a car worth over RM100,000 in a lucky draw. Where do we draw the line between culture and blatant bribery? We explore the ethics of this controversial culture.
This is a report by Aziff Azuddin, Aisyah Tajuddin and Sharyl Kaur.
