Aside from the usual cat and funny videos, social media is quickly being dominated with videos of authorities being filmed while doing (or not doing) their duties. The intention of those recording is probably to provide social checks and balances to the system, but is it legal? And how far can this sort of "citizen journalism" go? Also, we provide a handbook to filming those in authority.
