Revisiting The Pudu Prison

The building may no longer exist, but the legacy of Pudu Prison as one of the more iconic buildings in KL remains. Built by our past colonial masters in the late 19th century, its small, dark cells were home to some well-known criminals of the yesteryears. This week, we revisit the prison’s history and legacy to Kuala Lumpur, and the nation, as a whole.
