I Love KL: Mr H2O

Every 90 seconds a child dies from a water-related disease. Women and children from underprivileged communities world-wide accumulatively spend 125 million hours each day just collecting water. Access to clean water is a basic human need but for many it's a privilege that is hard to come by. What can we do to spread awareness about the extent of water poverty and at the same time improve the lifestyles of the underprivileged? Enter Dr Rajiv Bhanot, a man who developed a military-grade water filtration technology that spews out clean, sanitary water within a blink of an eye. From large tanks that can support a village, to even water bottles for personal consumption - this week we find out about his story, the situation in our local communities and H2GO Global's mission to ultimately bring a stop to water poverty with this simple yet unbelievable method.
