Double Eleven : People-First Studio

Double Eleven is a game developer and publisher that’s based in the UK. After more than a decade of experience in the industry, working on various games, including Little Big Planet, Limbo, Rust, Minecraft Dungeon and Prison Architect, they decided to open up a new branch here in Malaysia. We speak to its Chief Operating Officer, Mark South, who was in town recently, to hear how they’ve navigated through the industry, the move to Malaysia during the pandemic, and prioritising employees’ welfare above everything else.
