In 2016, Hawker Chan made history when it was awarded one Michelin star, and became the cheapest Michelin-starred meal in the world. Today, he's spread his hawker food and culture across 7 countries and over 20 stalls, included one in Petaling Street! We speak to the stall's franchisee, Victor Teo, to find out more.
