S2E82: The Sky's The Limit

After the Yayasan Telekom Malaysia (YTM) International Towerrun at Menara TM last November, a Malaysian named Soh Wai Ching was crowned the overall best towerrunner in the world. For those unfamiliar with competitive towerrunning or stair climbing, it began in the US and has been an unconventional but popular sport in the West; only recently has it gained popularity in Asia. Soh Wai Ching and Ravinder Singh, President and Vice President of the Malaysia Towerrunning Association respectively, gave us an insight on this up-and-coming sport and how it can be both a rewarding competitive challenge as well as a healthy activity for the urban population.
