S2E77: Putting The Won in Taekwon-do

Since she was nineteen, Michelle Lim has participated in over 25 national and international Taekwon-do tournaments, won at least one medal in all 19 national championships and was crowned Female Overall Champion for three National International Taekwon-do Federation (ITF) Championships, also known as the Kejohanan Taekwon-do ITF Kebangsaan. Last month, she was back on the podium for her first international gold medal in the 21st Senior ITF World Championships in Bulgaria; this also makes her the first Malaysian to win in the senior female pattern category. Michelle is with us this week to share with us her long and challenging journey to become the Malaysian Taekwon-do hero she is today.
