Lee Chong Wei has been hailed as one of the greatest athletes Malaysia has ever produced. Yet, the former world number one may end his career without two major titles - an Olympic gold medal and the World Championships title. The 36-year-old, who has been missing from the scene following early-stage nose cancer in September 2018 returned to the courts January this year but has yet to play in any tournaments since. And it looks like Chong Wei could be hanging his racquet earlier than anticipated after he failed to make the cut for the World Championships as his world ranking dropped to #113. The knockback effect from this is a harder qualifying route to his ultimate comeback goal of reaching and winning a gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Badminton Asia COO Datuk Kenny Goh, joins us in the studio to discuss Chong Wei's predicament.
