Bar None: S2E14 - Classrooms To Kumite

On this week's episode we are joined by local Karate champion Mathivani Murugesan, who shares her journey from dabbling in the sport in her teens to helping the nation snatch a gold medal in the recent SEA Games. More inspiringly, she juggles her sporting career with her other passion as a teacher - where she teaches math & science at the Beaconhouse Newlands International School. Mathivani tells us how she manages to do it all, taking us through the details of her rigorous training, and gives us the lowdown on competing and representing the country in the international sports arena.
