Ep134: The Clash

Leaders in the first wave of British punk rock, The Clash is credited for revolutionising punk and bringing the genre to the UK with music that addressed social alienation and protested against the political climate of the time, giving an angry, compassionate voice to a generation of unrest. To celebrate their third studio album London Calling turning 45 this week- often labelled one of the most influential albums of all time- we go Back To Back through the work of "The Only Band That Matters".
