Putting Higher Selangor Assessment Rates To Good Use

Selangor has announced a 25% increase in assessment rates starting in 2025. This decision came as many councils have not raised rates in decades. We ask Y.B. Tuan Rajiv a/l Rishyakaran, Selangor State Assemblyman for Bukit Gasing as to why there is a need to raise these rates, where these tax dollars are spent and is there accountability.
