The ruling Pakatan Harapan-Barisan Nasional government has offered an MOU with 7 conditions to opposition MPs regarding constituency allocations. The lawmakers are set to go into negotiations soon. Danesh Prakash Chacko, Tindak Malaysia's director, shares his views on this latest development and whether or not these funds meant for the rakyat are being weaponised to keep the government in power.
