A recent report by ACCA found that nearly two-thirds of SMEs  in APAC face the dilemma of paying a bribe or losing business. Datuk William Ng, Chairman, Small and Medium Enterprises Association (SAMENTA) tells us if this reflective of the situation in Malaysia and what policies are needed to prevent  such a culture from taking hold.
