Puncak Niaga has filed a RM14 billion lawsuit against the Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali, his predecessor Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim and the state government over the takeover of the state’s water industry.
The claims the company made include the loss of business opportunities, locally and abroad, totalling RM13.5 billion.

5:05 - Latest news is that Second Finance Minister Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani saying the government is not making any U-turn on the freeze of approvals to develop properties above RM1 million.
