The Unequal Development Of Kuala Lumpur

A ride on the KL monorail will open your eyes to the number of abandoned projects in the city centre, including in the prime golden triangle area where shiny new modern, grade A buildings abound. Some of these projects have been abandoned since 1998, several of which are already several storeys tall. Hans Fernandez, is in charge of residential & commercial investments at Zerin Properties, and has been in the real estate business in KL for 30 years. He shares his experiences.
