According the National Property Information Centre, or NAPIC, in 1Q18 there are over 34,000 unsold completed residential units, with a total value of RM22.7 billion. The figure was 40% higher than 4Q17. We ask Sarkunan Subramaniam, Managing Director of the real estate consultancy, Knight Frank to help us make sense of the data.
