The Correlation Between Affordable Housing + Urban Planning

Ihsan Hassan believes that affordable housing starts with good urban planning. What are the key criterias for good urban planning? Ihsan shares his insights on this.

We also discuss about property financing.

Ihsan says financing for affordable housing and housing is quite "lax" already here. He reckons "further easing" for property loans will be bad for our economy adding that we still need to bring people to the housing market and that could be done by strengthening the rental market.
