Global real estate consultancy Knight Frank’s latest flagship research, the Wealth Report 2024, shows that the luxury residential markets proved resilient in 2023, with 80% of the 100 markets it tracks recorded either flat or positive annual price growth. Interestingly, luxury prices gained some 3% in 2023. Keith Ooi, group managing director of Knight Frank Malaysia provides us some colour.
