Covid-19 Bill Too Little, Too Late?

With the Covid-19 Bill finally tabled, what effect might it have on homeowners and house-buyers moving forward? This Bill and the eventual Act may alleviate some of the contractual disputes and other issues that arose from the pandemic and MCO as it states that it will have retrospective effect from March onwards. But is it too little, too late? Datuk Chang of the National House Buyers Association gives us his take.
