We speak to Dr Ugo Panizza, Professor of Economics and Pictet Chair in Finance and Development at The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies to find out what policy options the country has to reduce the economic scar tissue from the lockdown. We also discuss the European response to this crisis and does this crisis actually reveal the wide divide between the members.
