Innature Bhd is the sole retailer and distributor for The Body Shop products in Malaysia, Vietnam and Cambodia. Now, as they head towards a listing on the 20th of February, part of their IPO proceeds has been earmarked for new business development - as they plan to bring in a second brand, Natura, from Body Shop principal Natura Cosmeticos.
