MESTECC: Transforming Energy by 2030

Minister of Energy, Technology, Science, Climate Change and Environment, Yeo Bee Yin came into office in July of 2018. Since then, she has cancelled four IPPs, introduced the Roadmap Towards Zero Single-Use Plastics, introduced improvements to the Net Energy Metering (NEM) systems and announced drafting plans for a Climate Change Act. We speak to her today about eliminating single-use plastics, renewable energy and climate change as she shines a light on her plans on transforming Malaysia's energy and environmental footprint.
