Green Packet has been loss-making in all but one year in the last decade, with the net loss widening further in financial year ending 2018. However CEO Kay Tan believes that the investments made towards transforming the business into a digital services provider will bear fruit in 2019. He sets out their path to profitability on the Breakfast Grille and shares the company’s innovative plans for future growth.
