Indonesian online travel start-up Traveloka has grown over the past decade into a USD$3 billion unicorn with presences across Southeast Asia and Australia. With the regional travel and tourism industry slow to pick up in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, Traveloka has been biding its time by strengthening its evolution into a travel superapp. How does the Malaysian outfit fit into the broader growth picture for Traveloka?
