US Treasuries suffered a five-day selloff last week, with 10-year US bonds yields surging to their highest in over 20 years, as markets were whipsawed by President Donald Trump’s shifting trade policies. While treasuries have somewhat rebounded since, can these gains be sustained? We discuss the outlook for the US and Asian bond markets with Winson Phoon of Maybank Investment Bank.
