President Joe Biden has withdrawn from the presidential race, claiming that he is doing so in the best interests of the party and the country. He has also endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee to the White House. John Zogby, founder of Zogby Strategies takes us through the different scenarios in the lead up to November 5th when Americans choose their President.
