Obtaining PSV But At What Cost?

The new public service vehicle (PSV), which is a requirement for e-hailing drivers and companies from July 12th onwards, will force many drivers to quit their jobs and lose an additional source of income due to the high cost of obtaining the licence.

We speak with Arif Asyraf Ali, President of the Grab Drivers Malaysia Association, to get a better sense of what is happening on the ground.
