United Technologies Corp has agreed to take over Raytheon in an exchange for shares in United. This new entity will become the second largest aerospace and defence company after Boeing with 74 billion US dollars in sales. This is the largest ever deal in the industry and the new entity will be called Raytheon Technologies Corp.
