The Securities Commission Malaysia has put out a checklist for shareholders to promote dialogue with their board of directors, during Annual General Meetings. Among issues to be engaged are sustainability and anti-corruption measures. Devanesan Evanson, CEO of Minority Shareholders' Watch Group shares his thoughts on the new guidelines.
