Dual Language Programme, Why Has The Goalpost Changed?

The Education Ministry launched the Dual Language Programme in selected schools in 2016 for STEM subjects such as Mathematics and Science to be taught in English. However there are reports that at some top national full DLP schools, non-DLP classes have been introduced. We speak to Datin Noor Azimah Abdul Rahim, Chairperson, Parent Action Group for Education as to the reasons for this and what are the consequences.
