Differing Views or Deep State?

This week, five ministries will see the transfer of senior civil servants following requests by the ministers. The transfers involve the secretary-generals from the Rural and Regional Development, Human Resources and Entrepreneur Development Ministries and is seen as Pakatan Harapan’s move to deal with an alleged “deep state” within the civil service.
