Earlier this month, the Digital Ministry announced that it had secured AI training for almost half a million civil servants, who will soon have access to Google Workspace’s latest generative AI capabilities. CF Fong, Executive Chairman of LGMS Berhad tells us what are the advantages of this and the necessary guardrails to ensure that data is protected whilst efficacy is tracked.
