US President Donald Trump has announced that there will be no further stimulus talks until after the November 3rd election, flying in the face of the Federal Reserve and upending markets. But is this just a classic Trump tactic? How will the Democrats react? And elsewhere Australia's new budget has raised questions of whether its measures are aiding those truly in need.
