With oil prices falling, it would seem a good time to buy but Vishnu Varathan, Head of Economics & Strategy at Mizuho Bank says the only buyer might be China and with their recovery uncertain, low prices are set to stay. He however warns that this is bad for the Ringgit as we are still a net energy exporter.
