House Republicans have unveiled a tax plan which proposes a 20% corporate tax rate, a reduction to most individual tax brackets, and offshore earnings for MNCs to be taxed up to 12%. Tim also comments on President Trump's pick for the new Fed chair, Bank of England's first rate hike in over a decade, and global monetary policy.
