Local oil & gas counters continue to post weaker earnings for 3Q'16, as the industry reels from weaker crude oil prices. Last week the industry saw some respite when OPEC finally cut a deal to bring down production levels. However, concerns remain over the actual deal execution and whether all OPEC members will keep to the agreement. Kenanga Research's top pick for the sector is Yinson Berhad.
