Dodge believes volatility is here to stay for a while and presents a good opportunity in the short term.

He also reckons the Dow's recent winning streak is sustainable but reminds investors to be "careful".

The Dow rose 0.2% to 24,640.45 points on Tuesday, posting a 3-day winning streak as the comeback from the correction continues.

What are the sectors investors should have in their radar when one is bargain hunting in the midst of uncertainty and current volatility? He shares his thoughts on this.
