The tech heavy Nasdaq had a spectacular run in 2023, but that was not the case for Malaysian tech names. Signs are however pointing to a recovery, with improving global semiconductor sales. Desmond Chong, Head of Retail Research at UOB Kay Hian tells us his outlook for the sector and his top buys.
