The mantra of "higher for longer" dominated markets in the last few months but with the year ending, the focus has changed to rate cuts. Vishnu Varathan, Head of Economics & Strategy at Mizuho Bank tells us his expectations on the Fed Fund rate for 2024. We also ask him his views of the Singapore dollar and the Ringgit.
