What Makes Joe Taxi Angry?

Thousands of taxi drivers in the Klang Valley are expected to join a rally on the 18th of November, to protest against the authorities, in particular the Land and Public Transport Commission or SPAD. Taxi drivers have alleged that SPAD's incompetence is the bane of their survival, following the soaring popularity of 'illegal' ride-sharing services such as Uber and Grabcar. BFM explores.
