Taking Aim at Gun Control

Malaysia is known for having one of the toughest gun control regimes. Despite that, shooting incidents are still prevalent in the country.Concerns have also been raised over the increase in firearms smuggling into Malaysia, across the country's border with Thailand.

Today on Current Affairs, we explore issues such as the widespread practice of gun rentals, the ease of gun smuggling, and policies to restrict the spread of illegal firearms.

This is a report by Jason Lim and Tan Yuen Yuen.
