Paedophile Screening - Childproofing Institutions

In early June, Richard Huckle was arrested and jailed for sexually abusing multiple Malaysian children, and posting his offences on the dark web. The news came as a shock to those who knew Huckle, as welfare authorities say he did not display suspicious behaviour, and caused no problems.  We explore the challenges in preventing child sex abuse in institutions, and how authorities in welfare homes and volunteer institutions can address them.

This is a report by Wang Junmey.
